A while back, I read a Newsweek article about managing your “Google Identity.” It got me thinking about my search engine persona. People use search engines to answer questions. The question “who is TJ Kelly?” is no different.
Just read a very interesting (and somewhat justifying) article by Paul Carvill on the value of front-end web developers. It’s kind of esoteric, and it’s probably a minor case of tooting my own horn. But, the points that Carvill makes are valid.
I’m not really a fan of Google’s latest design changes. Increasing the size of the text-input seems fine, but the new buttons are atrocious. The biggest difference is the font-size on the buttons. But, with Firefox 3.5 on Mac OS X, the default crystal-themed buttons can only get so big.
